Head of Psychology and Psychotherapy, Southwark, South London, and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust

Dr Lorraine Gordon is a Consultant Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS.  She is Head of Psychology and Psychotherapy for Southwark, based at the Maudsley Hospital.  Lorraine works with adults with complex and severe mental health needs.  She is the staff senior lead for the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF) in Southwark and Trust psychology and psychotherapy PCREF engagement lead.  She is a member of UK Association of Black Psychologists, and the Black, African, and Asian Therapist Network.  She is a British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy accredited cognitive behavioural therapist and an advanced accredited schema therapist, supervisor and trainer with the International Society of Schema Therapy
