Professional Lead for Quality and Clinical Leadership, Berkshire Healthcare

Vicki began her mental health nursing career over twenty five years ago. Prior to commencing her current roles, Vicki was a consultant nurse working in in-patient mental health services in Berkshire Healthcare Trust and was also chair of the NHSE/HEE National Mental Health Consultant Nurse Forum. Vicki currently holds two professional roles, as both a senior nurse fellow at NHSE and as a professional lead for quality and clinical leadership in Berkshire Healthcare Trust. Vicki is passionate about research being intrinsic to improving mental health services.  Her research interests focus on women in the mental health system.  Her current doctoral research focuses on women with a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder who disclose experiences of sexual violence.
