The 2022 NAPICU Conference, celebrating 25 years of the association, had the theme “Breaking Down Barriers.” With a focus on improving mental health outcomes by centering patients, the conference featured renowned national speakers shaping the field. Forums enabled multidisciplinary team clinicians to share insights, while a poster session facilitated interactive presentations and a competition for the poster of the year. Attendees gained valuable ideas for their work and networked globally. The program, designed with past delegate feedback, aimed to be both interesting and enjoyable. The conference underscored the progress in healthcare services, acknowledging the dedication of clinical staff, and encouraged clinicians to participate, offering opportunities for feedback and networking.
